Harnessing the power of AI Chat with quick and accurate responses for enhanced document productivity

ROLE

I led the design of Nitro’s first AI chat helping our users do more with their document.

With the Knowledge Assistant (KA), we identified an opportunity to improve document management and user efficiency through advancements in machine learning. As Nitro’s first AI tool, I led the design of the KA and other AI/ML-powered tools. The KA is extensively trained on Nitro’s proprietary knowledge base, accessible through our website's support center. This enables users to receive quick and high-quality responses to common document-related queries, reducing the need for human intervention in handling routine and repetitive support cases.

Simplifying the booking process and reducing stress for students

ROLE

I led user research and designed early versions of an improved booking experience for users.

By streamlining the process of viewing, booking, and modifying room reservations, the new automated system alleviates stress for users, enabling them to concentrate on their primary tasks and boosting their efficiency and productivity. My approach towards the redesign of the booking experience was intentional, utilizing familiar patterns and a holistic strategy to create a more user-centric experience. The result was a synergetic alignment of my design intent with those of the users’ when booking rooms for activities.
